No tracking. No ads. No data collection.

Maps should be a public utility.

WHAT WE RECEIVE

When you load map tiles:

• Your IP address (required for internet to work)
• Which tile you requested
• We don't log this. We don't store this.

When you search:

• Your IP address
• Your search query
• We don't log this. We don't store this.

When you get directions:

• Your IP address
• Start and end coordinates
• We don't log this. We don't store this.

WHAT WE DON'T HAVE

• No accounts. No login. Nothing to tie requests together.
• No cookies. No session tracking.
• No analytics that identify you.
• No third-party trackers.

HOW TO VERIFY

1. Our code is open source: github.com/nicholasray/outset
2. Open browser dev tools → Network tab
3. Watch what gets sent. No cookies. No user IDs. No tracking.

You don't have to trust us. You can verify.
